The Job Fair will bring together over 11 prominent organizations eager to engage with prospective candidates. The participating companies include Spinx, New Bold Services, SCDC, Adidas Group, SC Homecare Solutions, RL Enterprises, Divine Angels, Palmetto State Armory, New York Life, and SHARE. Goodwill will also be on-site for hiring opportunities with their retail stores.
This event offers a platform for job seekers to meet face-to-face with employers, fostering an environment where they can ask questions, gain insights into the company culture, and highlight their experiences and skills. Attendees will have the chance to explore opportunities in various sectors, as employers will be recruiting for positions such as home health caregivers, customer service representatives, janitorial staff, retail professionals, manufacturing and industrial workers, educators in early childhood, and corrections officers.
“We are excited to host this Mission Mobile event for our community, bringing job seekers and employers together in a dynamic and interactive setting,” said Monique McDaniels, Goodwill Vice President of Community and Workforce Development. “This event goes beyond traditional job fairs by providing a platform for genuine conversation and meaningful connections between employers and potential employees.”
Goodwill’s Mission Mobile is an outreach of the organizations 20+ Job Connection sites. The 30’ air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible vehicle offers Job Connection services such as access to training tools, skills assessments, and job search and application assistance throughout the Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina.
